Against 3NT, West led a low spade. Dummy’s jack won, but declarer looked in vain for a way to use the long diamonds. He let the queen of clubs ride at Trick Two, then led a heart to his queen. He cashed his high diamonds, the ace of hearts and ace of clubs, shrugged and led a third heart.
